Here is a message from Joan Koechig, the Clan Chieftain:
Greetings from St. Charles, Missouri.
I hope it is cooler where you live. Nothing like living in Missouri in July and August with our heat and humidity!!!
I wanted to let you know that a decision has been made about our International Get-Together in Ennis, County Clare. For a variety of reasons that all revolve around Covid-19, the decision has been made to push our next get-together from July 2021 to July 2022. I hope you understand. These are trying times that we are living through.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
I hope that you and your family are safe and healthy.

Jack Fritscher, PhD has very kindly allowed us to post this link (https://online.flipbuilder.com/qquj/vjfh/mobile/index.html) for the interest and edification of Clan members.
The link is to the Flipbook version of his mother’s book Always Virginia (which is also in paperback and Kindle at Amazon) about her life as part of the Day family in 1920s-1930s Southern Illinois. Jack says we will find the story interesting and that it may provide ideas about how to write our own family histories and to design our own family books.
