Agreement
By submitting an online registration or by submitting a paper-based registration form, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
You also agree to be bound by the Clan Association’s Constitution which can be viewed here: Constitution
Registration
The 2026 Clan Reunion runs from Thursday evening 9 April 2026 to noon on Sunday 12 April 2026.
Payment
Payment must accompany your registration. Payments are in New Zealand dollars.
Payment Options
You can submit your registration online and pay using one of these options:
- Pay Online using your Credit Card or Debit Card.
- If you are using an Apple device (+ Safari), you can pay using Apple Pay.
- Pay Online via PayPal.
- Bank Transfer to the O’Dea Clan NZ bank account.
Accommodation
Attendees will need to book their own accommodation. The cost of your accommodation is separate from the registration fee.
Meals
Meals are only covered where stated in the schedule of events. Breakfast is not included.
Drinks
Drinks during all meals are at attendees own cost.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your registration, you can contact the organisers and ask for a refund. A NON-REFUNDABLE portion of $NZD 30.00 will be retained.
Privacy
A list of the names of the attendees will be made available to other Clan members so they can see who else is going to the Clan Reunion. However, personal data which includes your email address, phone number, amount owing, amount paid, date paid, etc. will only be available to the administrators.
