Pre-Registration Booking Form

About this Form

1. This form enables you to tell us if you are planning to participate in the O’Dea Clan Gathering to be held in Ireland in June 2025.
2. Some of the events may be available via Zoom depending on the availability of the necessary technology and willing volunteers who can help with this.
3. You can nominate whether you are planning to attend In Person or you would like to participate via Zoom.
4. You can renew your membership of the Dysert O’Dea Clan Association if you wish.
5. You can also include an optional donation to the Dysert O’Dea Clan Association if you wish.

About the Clan Gathering

The 12^th International Clan Gathering will be held at the Old Ground Hotel in Ennis Co. Clare from Friday 13^th June to Sunday 15^th June 2025.

Attending In Person

1. If you wish to attend in person, you will be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50 Euro for each Person.
2. Please tell us the number of Persons (Adults and Children) who will be attending In Person.
   
3. Due to capacity constraints with venues and transport, you should book early to avoid disappointment.

Refunds

1. Your deposit is non-refundable unless we have to cancel the event.
2. If we have to cancel the event, we will refund your deposit minus a small charge to cover our Administration costs.

Participation via Zoom

1. If you are not able to attend In Person, you may be able to participate in selected sessions via Zoom.
2. You will not be asked to pay a deposit at this time.  We are simply seeking expressions of interest so we can understand the number of people who would like to have this option.
3. If we are able to provide Zoom access to selected sessions, we will contact you later on to ask you to pay 10 Euro to confirm your booking.  This will be a fixed charge regardless of the number of Zoom events or the number of people who are participating in your Zoom session.
4. Please note that our ability to provide access via Zoom depends on the availability of the necessary technology and willing volunteers who can help with this.

Final Bookings

1. If you are planning to attend In Person, we will contact you later on to ask you to submit an online booking form where:
   1. You will be asked to pay an additional 170 Euro per Person (Adults and Children) for the registration fee.
   2. You can tell us the names of the attendees.
   3. You can book for the optional activities.
   4. You can submit your payment for the amount owing.
2. If we are able to offer selected sessions via Zoom, we will contact you later on to ask you to submit an online booking form where you can pay the 10 Euro (per household) fixed amount for your Zoom sessions.

Membership Renewal

1. You will be able to renew your membership of the Dysert O’Dea Clan Association as part of your payment.

Donations to the Dysert O’Dea Clan Association

You will be able to make an Optional Donation to the Dysert O’Dea Clan Association as part of your payment.

Payments are processed via PayPal:
