The 8th International O Dea Clan Gathering returns to the Old Ground Hotel, O’Connell Street, in downtown Ennis. Almost all accommodation at the Old Ground has been fully booked for the clan gathering weekend. Past experience has shown that many clan members prefer to make their own accommodation arrangements. The proximity of Ennis to Shannon Airport (24 km) and the nearby location of excellent golf courses ensure that housing for visitors is as varied and as plentiful as Ennis’ famed pubs.
Ennis has a number of other hotels close to the Old Ground and there are also many B&Bs. The list below covers most of the accommodation available in the Ennis area. Most of the accommodation listed can be accessed directly on the web.
