Agreement

By submitting an online registration form, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

You also agree to be bound by the Clan Association’s Constitution which can be viewed here: Constitution

Registration

The 2025 Clan Gathering runs for 3 days from Friday 13 June 2025 to Sunday 15 June 2025.

Payment

Payment must accompany your registration.

Payment Options

You can submit your registration online and pay online using your credit card or debit card, or your PayPal account.

Refunds

1. Your payment is non-refundable unless we have to cancel the event.
2. If we have to cancel the event, we will refund your payment minus a small charge to cover our Administration costs.
