- This form enables you to confirm your email address(es) so that you can participate in the online voting for the election of the Tánaiste (Chieftain Elect).
- This process is necessary because we have Family Memberships where only one email address has been provided but two votes are permitted so we need to seek two email addresses for that Membership. We also have some Family Memberships where more than two email addresses have been provided but only two votes are permitted so we need to get the one or two email addresses for that Membership that will be used to submit their online Ballots.
- An Individual Membership will be invited to nominate one email address.
- A Family Membership will be invited to nominate one or two email addresses.
- After you submit your application, we will check your eligibility to vote in the election.
- In order to be eligible, you need to be:
- A Financial Member of the Clan Association as at 1 July 2025, or
- An Honorary Member of the Clan Association, or
- A Life Member of the Clan Association.
- Once your eligibility has been confirmed, we will send you a secure link to a one-time Ballot form so you can submit your vote.
- If there is one eligible voter in your Household, we will send the link to the nominated email address in your application.
- If there are two eligible voters in your Household, we will send the link to each of the nominated email addresses in your application.
