No.  There is no need to login to the Website with your Website username and password to submit a membership application or renewal.

There are two ways you can pay for your membership application/renewal:

1. Pay online using your credit card/debit card or your PayPal account.
2. Pay by check/cheque.

In either case, there is no need to login to the Website with your Website username and password.
