By submitting an online registration or by submitting a paper-based registration form, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
You also agree to be bound by the Clan Association’s Constitution which can be viewed here: Constitution
Registration
The 2019 Clan Reunion runs for 4 days from Sunday June 23, 2019 to the morning of Wednesday June 26, 2019.
Payment
Payment must accompany your registration.
Payment Options
You can submit your registration online and pay online via PayPal using your credit card or debit card, or your PayPal account, or you can complete a registration form and pay by check/cheque. Only checks/cheques in $USD can be accepted.
Refunds
If you wish to cancel your registration, you can contact the organizers and ask for a refund. However, refunds are not possible after April 1, 2019.
